Rafidain Technical University

The university portal was split across three disconnected systems—registration, grades, and library—which confused both students and faculty. There was no single sign-on and no central academic calendar.

We unified the three systems behind a single Next.js portal with Keycloak SSO, added an interactive academic calendar, and real-time grade reports. It integrates with the existing Moodle install via LTI.

Support tickets dropped 62%, student satisfaction rose from 3.1 to 4.7 out of 5, and the portal now handles 18,000 daily logins during registration with zero downtime.
