Dijla Specialty Hospital

The hospital’s legacy site was slow, lacked online appointment booking, and forced every patient to phone in to schedule visits. It was not mobile-friendly and ranked poorly on local searches.

We rebuilt the portal on Next.js with bilingual SSR, an integrated appointment booking flow, and a dedicated profile page per specialist. It connects to the in-house HIS via REST API with SMS and email confirmations.

Online bookings grew 180% in the first 90 days, page load dropped from 4.2s to 0.7s, and the site now ranks #1 locally for "Baghdad hospital" search terms.
