The Baghdad real-estate market was fragmented across Facebook and WhatsApp listings. Buyers had no easy way to filter by district, price, or area, and brokers had no dashboard to manage their offers.

We delivered an end-to-end marketplace with Mapbox geo-search, broker dashboards, and Qi-Card payments for featured listings. Images are auto-optimized via sharp and every property gets a shareable OG card.

The platform reached 12,000 monthly active users within six months, with 450 registered brokers and 8,200 published properties. Average time-to-close dropped from 45 to 19 days.
