A private clinic chain needed an app that lets patients book appointments and review their medical history and prescriptions digitally. The legacy flow was 100% phone-based.
We built a single Flutter codebase covering iOS and Android with instant booking, a digital prescription wallet, medication reminders, and Agora-powered telehealth video. Data is secured per local HIPAA-equivalent rules.
In-app bookings reached 68% of all appointments within 4 months, and no-shows dropped 41% thanks to smart reminders.
We shipped iOS and Android apps in React Native with offline-first mode, auto-sync on reconnect, and rider GPS via WebSocket. Payments are wired to ZainCash and FastPay gateways.
We built a native app with a local prayer-times database for 340 Iraqi cities, an audio library from 12 reciters, an auto-playing remembrance mode for driving, and a digital tasbih with daily reminders.
